My work is grounded in two core therapeutic goals: emotional safety and meaningful growth. I partner with clients to explore what’s needed to create a fulfilling life—personally, professionally, and relationally. Together, we identify what helps you thrive and gently examine what may be getting in the way. My approach is honest and engaged; I’m an empathetic, dynamic therapist who offers both support and challenge as needed.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families on a wide range of issues, including relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, life transitions, communication struggles, impostor syndrome, anger, and mindfulness. I also help clients navigate stress, burnout, work-life balance, grief, and the deeper questions of meaning and identity.

Many of my clients are high-achieving individual navigating complex personal and professional demands. They often seek a space to reconnect with themselves, enhance emotional awareness, and cultivate more authentic relationships—without sacrificing ambition or values. Our work supports this integration.

My therapeutic perspective is rooted in the belief in personal responsibility, intentional living, and the power of self-awareness and connection. In couples therapy, I draw on the Gottman Method and IMAGO Relationship principles to strengthen emotional intimacy, trust, and communication. The focus is on reducing conflict and deepening mutual respect and understanding.

I bring extensive experience working with graduate students, medical and legal professionals, couples, families, and teams from diverse backgrounds. I’m available for long-term individual therapy, couples and family work, group counseling, mediation, wellness consultations, and clinical case debriefings. I also offer Organizational Wellness Consulting, Communication Trainings, and Team Building Workshops for mission-driven groups and companies.
